These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.funkylittledarlings.co.uk and www.funkylittledarlings.com and the purchase of any goods from it. Funky Little Darlings is a trading name of Colliss & Quinton Ltd, a UK registered company (Company No. 6620037), head office address is The Haven, Park Road, Combe, Oxfordshire, OX29 8NA, England. The company is referred to as Funky Little Darlings in these Terms and Conditions and more generally in the public domain. By using the Funky Little Darlings web site you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully and be aware that Funky Little Darlings reserves the right to change any of these terms without prior notice. By placing an order with Funky Little Darlings you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Separate terms and conditions apply when ordering through our bespoke design service and these are available on request.
> VAT and total charges
All prices include VAT at the current rate, and are correct at the time of system entry. We do not exclude or refund VAT for any UK or European Union distance sales (countries outside the EU are UK VAT exempt but you may be asked to pay import duties). The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges.
> limitation of liability
Funky Little Darlings will not accept any claims for consequential costs. Liability in connection with goods and services supplied will be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods supplied and will not exceed the invoiced value.

All images on this web site, including the website itself, are the property of Funky Little Darlings and may only be used for the purposes of browsing the website and for purchasing goods and services from Funky Little Darlings. The copyright of all designs supplied by or purchased from Funky Little Darlings remain the property of Funky Little Darlings and may not be reproduced, partially copied or design elements extracted in any form without the prior permission of Funky Little Darlings. All rights are reserved by Funky Little Darlings limited.

We offer a mix of bespoke, custom and manufactured products. All bespoke and custom products are printed/made to order and we normally have all our manufactured products in stock All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.
> placing of orders
Orders are accepted once payment is made in full. Payment can be made by credit or bank card or by prior arrangement by cash or cheque. All prices shown are current at time of display although Funky Little Darlings does not accept liability for pricing errors shown on the Funky Little Darlings website. Funky Little Darlings reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason and any credit, bank card, cash or cheque transactions. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to the email address provided with your order. If we do refuse your order we will notify you by email and we will reimburse you any payments made to us. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment. Credit and bank card details are only required to complete payment and are not kept.
> cancellations
To cancel your order you must notify us in writing, by letter or email within 7 days of the order being placed or before any delivery is made to you if this is sooner. Once we have accepted your cancellation you will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. You may be liable for any costs incurred before cancelling your order. If you cancel a bespoke or custom order after it has already been printed/manufactured, or if your order is in transit, we are unable to provide a refund. If we are unable to deliver in your area, the item ordered is out of stock or there is an excessive delay with production or despatch, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel your order and you will be given a full refund.
> delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure you have supplied the correct delivery details at the time of order. We will confirm when we are able to deliver your order, usually by email. This is normally within 21 days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not a guarantee. If you require an express service please contact us by phone or email when placing the order and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline. There may be additional shipment changes for deliveries outside the UK and is on the condition there is an adequate postal/courier service to your address and that the customer is responsible for any additional tax payments and custom charges that may occur. It is the customers responsibility to notify Funky Little Darlings if an order is not delivered. Once the goods have been delivered you become the owner and are held at your own risk. We will not be liable for their loss or destruction after this time.
> product returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from Funky Little Darlings you can return the product to obtain a refund or replacement as long as you contact us in writing, by letter or email, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your full name and address and invoice/order number and the reason for returning the product. If the packaging is damaged on delivery, please ensure you sign for it as such and contact us immediately by phone or email. Examination of the product is the buyers’ responsibility. No claims can be accepted after any of our products have been cut or hung and no claim for decorator’s charges will be accepted. It is therefore important that before you start you unwrap your order and check for damage or faults and that the dimensions are as ordered. When returning items you are strongly recommended to use a secure delivery method that relies on a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty when supplied. It is not possible to accept returns for bespoke or custom products unless we have supplied faulty goods or services.
> samples and colour accuracy
Every effort is made to reproduce the colour on screen as closely as possible to our products, we cannot guarantee an exact match nor accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view our products. Sample swatches can be ordered from the website to give you an indication of the product material and colour specification. As the samples may be printed to order we cannot guarantee that and product specifications and colours are an exact match to the final print output. Variation of this kind is normal and is not considered a reason for rejecting goods.
> privacy policy
Funky Little Darlings will collect personal information when you use the Funky Little Darlings website or contact us by any other means. This information will be held in a secure manner. This information will only be used for internal administration purposes and will not be passed to a third party without your consent. We may contact you in the future with offers, new products or updates but you can notify us in writing, by letter or email to cancel this service. Credit and bank card details are only required to complete payment and are not kept.

Funky Little Darlings may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions or any terms posted on this site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. Funky Little Darlings may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any materials posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

Funky Little Darlings will only accept orders from adults aged 18 years or over.
